If you call the treasury offset program call center, (1800-304-3107),you can put in your social security number and the automated voice will tell you if you have been "flagged" and if your income tax refund will be offset.Has anyone called this number before, and does anyone know if the information provided is accurate.Also, can anyone tell me when (what month) DOE submits defaulted student loans to the treasury offset program. My cousin defaulted in September '07
