They can refuse to give her permission to have an abortion, at which point she would have to go to court and petition to act as her own guardian.
If the situation hasn't totally gotten out of hand yet, I would bring in a third party such as a counselor and try to mediate the situation. Whatever the difference of opinion, the girl will definitely need the support of the parents or some other adult figure. Abortion, adoption, and keeping the child are all life changing things.
