Where can I get information about the rights of pregnant teens?

My 14 year old neice just found out she was pregnant. There is some differences in opinion between what she wants and what her parents want. Where can I get information to give them regarding the rights of everyone involved? (Ohio)Where can I get information about the rights of pregnant teens?talk to a lawyer. where i live the child really has no rights until shes 18. the parents are responsible for both. if the child gets into a fight after the birth and before she's 18, she can be charged as an adult. go figure.Where can I get information about the rights of pregnant teens?Ultimately, the parents can't force the child to have an abortion or to give the baby up for adoption. They can refuse to give her permission to have an abortion, at which point she would have to go to court and petition to act as her own guardian.

If the situation hasn't totally gotten out of hand yet, I would bring in a third party such as a counselor and try to mediate the situation. Whatever the difference of opinion, the girl will definitely need the support of the parents or some other adult figure. Abortion, adoption, and keeping the child are all life changing things.
