I don't know if you have HIPAA laws over there, but in the states, a nurse can be fired and/or lose their license for violating patient privacy like that.Can a nurse get medical information about a non patient from their database in work?Yes but breaching patient confidentiality is grounds for striking off the Nursing %26amp; Midwifery Council register.
No professional would want or need to do this to be honest.
