After signing a confidentiality clause in a court settlemtnt, is information available to the public?

If you sign a confidentiality clause in a legal settlement, how much information is available to the public regarding the deposition and original complaint. Where would one access this information? as little as it may be. Where/how would the media access this information? After signing a confidentiality clause in a court settlemtnt, is information available to the public? The confidentiality clause only applies to the settlement itself. Everything else (complaint, etc.) is public information.
