When you watch porn, you support porn in some capacity. You pay for a book or movie, or you log onto a web page, giving that person another hit that they get more advertizing money from. It's all about money to the people who sell porn. Then they turn around and pay some girl $100 to do the most demeaning and perverted stuff that they can think of.
It demeans women; the women who do porn don't actually enjoy doing it. They do it because "the money is good." The money is only good because people support it.
Many of the women may not even recognize it, but it is a degrading thing to that individual woman. It is only a "hair's breath" from outright prostitution (selling your body for money).
It is also degrading to women in general. Other women know of porn and may see it from time to time for some reason. When porn is successful, women get the message that men only care about what women look like. Why else would porn stars be famous? Why aren't people famous for simply being good, or kind, or "girl-next-door-pretty."??? The fact that porn is so successful only re-inforces women's ideas that men are pigs.
