Take vitamins...I started taking them and my hair and nails grew like crazy!! Its mostly because of the iron in them.

Seriously nails have very little to do with sex.
Use green tea nail polish. It helps make your nails grow, but also keep them flexible so where they can bend without breaking easily.
lol there is a special kind of nail polish that helps your nails become healthy and grow faster...i think its sally hanson brand, available in walmart... and btw nice approach of asking the qustion, you got me to answer lol :D
