You have 2 fallopian tubes-I havent heard of a newborn with a ruptured tube. If the baby needed surgery on one-she still has another. As long as she has her ovaries and one tube she will be able to conceive-The only reason I can think of that a newborn would have problems is mal-formation or a cyst-or something along that line.
