What is the deceleration from the following information?

So I've figured out this so far,

The vehicle has an inital speed of 7.81 m/s, it travels for 14 secs, it has no acceleration, and the coefficient of friction between the tires and ground is 0.454.

Can I work out the deceleration of that 14 secs of motion from that information? How do I do it?What is the deceleration from the following information?I am not sure u can. Because deceleration(negative acceleration) is dependent on the mass of the body and the force acting on it, neither of which can be found from the information. You cud also find it out if u had different initial and final velocity. but in this case both are same,so the acceleration will be 0.
